My name is Ben and I have been in the outdoor wood-fired boiler industry for 12 years, ever since I saw one of these outdoor wood boilers heating a huge metal building with big garage doors opening all through a winter day; working on farm tractors.

What impressed me first was the lack of the sound of a furnace running. It was so quiet. I had to ask how they heated the building. I was surprised when they said it was heated with a Outdoor Wood-Fired Furnace that was outside of their building. I found out later that they were heating their domestic hot water for free, as well!

Since I was so intrigued, the owner asked me if I wanted to sell them for him. I was already selling his farm tractors on eBay and it seemed like a perfect match.

These boilers sold like "hot cakes" several a week! I knew that a business was born and it progressed so much that I eventually built my own website, which you are on today!

Since the beginning, I was always intrigued with how simple these boilers were; at least the model I was selling. From that point, I decided to make that my criteria. I would only sell boilers that had simple controls and did not have crazy things like circuit boards or computerized parts, or craziness like a smart phone hook-up (who knows how to repair that kind of thing?).

If you really have to monitor the temperature from inside your home, get a simple and inexpensive grill wireless monitor!

To this day, I only sell outdoor wood boilers that do not have any proprietary parts; everything is available locally to you and can be purchased anywhere. These coal/wood outside boilers can be easily repaired by yourself; never requiring more than a crescent wrench or screwdriver to replace a part.

Many of my customers are lay people who have no mechanical experience and almost 98% of my customers install it themselves. At the most, they hire a local handyman at $20/hr, to help them if they don't have time.

If you get your parts ahead of time, you can have everything in place to install your new wood boiler, within a hour or two once it arrives.

At this point, I just want to give everyone a reminder that when you purchase a coal or wood boiler, YOU MUST use rust protection to protect your investment. Whether or not you use the chemical method; adding chemicals to increase the nitrates in the water to protect the metal from rusting or you use our 5-year Rust Blocker which eliminates all water tests and having to remember to add chemicals as needed. Every manufacturer requires some type of rust protection and proof by way of the water test for warranty coverage -  with exception of the Rust Blocker 5-year treatment.

We can arrange delivery to your door, anywhere in the country, including Alaska and up to Canada, Romania, Italy, Spain and the UK! It's hassle free and there is NO SALES TAX collected by Arkansas when we ship out of state!

We are required by all shipping companies (except hot shot) to crate them up and secure them on a pallet. HyproTherm puts them on a steel pallet and builds a steel crate for just $125.

We have a special truck and trailer to load and unload them in the lower 48 states and they can place it right on your concrete pad for you, if there is easy access on hard ground! If we ship on their truck and trailer the boiler will not have to be crated.
