Pull-out Ash Tray! 

It is the best wood boiler because it has a removable Pull-out Ash Tray!

No opening the firebox door to shovel out the ashes!  Remember, the firebox is going to be about 800F and you are not going to get anywhere near it.  Then you are going to have to restart a fire in the winter, which is no fun.  All the while, you are letting out all of your precious heat,

Our boilers have the best of the newest insulation; a combination of ceramic wool and a product from Knauf. This was done after insulation engineers told us that fiberglass insulation was only good for a home, where you are trying to keep 75 degree heat in. It is a different story when you are trying to contain 800 + degrees in a firebox; thus the new insulation.

NO STAINLESS STEEL - WHY?

STAINLESS STEEL can be as thin as 1/16",

There are warning labels on many of these furnaces telling you to be careful about throwing wood into the firebox because it might damage it.

Many people cannot weld on stainless steel and those that can, will not retreat it (reanneal it) so it reverts back to regular steel!

Does Hyprotherm Furnace
use BOILER PLATE?

Our 3/8" and 1/2" fireboxes probably have more tensile strength than the others with their "boiler plate" fireboxes that are only 1/4" and thinner!

Why is Our Furnace
Over 75% Efficient?

A gasification design without the jet-engine style burner which requires wood that has less than 20% moisture content.
Our furnaces and boilers are designed so that the chimney drops down into the firebox 14"; trapping the heat, smoke but most importantly the gases in the firebox to be burned off every time it fires.  Ours will burn wet wood unlike the EPA models.
